Dave Everton is a trade qualified and certified Master Builder. Dave has led his team since 2010 and has built extensive experience in residential home building, with a portfolio of more than 80 new homes in the Christchurch rebuild, ranging from Architectural style hill builds to multi unit developments and everything in between.

In July 2017 Higher Ground Construction packed up and left Christchurch so Dave and young family could be closer to family and the outdoors lifestyle the Tasman region offers.

Since returning to Tasman Dave has built a trusted construction team and has cultivated relationships with quality subcontractors to ensure that every project undertaken is completed with the highest level of quality.

Dave is a passionate builder focused on quality, he will be your point of contact, managing the build and be there with his tool belt on doing what he loves.
